  • Lean is working on just what is necessary. Not more, not less. Just enough to meet the a client request. It's a paradigm shift, we put back the customer vision as the entry point of the new organization, versus trying to produce as much as possible according to available resources, machines and people.

  • We don't just do building sites, we don't only training and we don't just ask tools. We have a combined approach (#human) and we work on large perimeters over a period of time long (between 10 and 18 months).

     

    The implementation of Lean is too often reduced to a purely technical implementation. The result of this approach does not usually generate the expected gains, or if they are reached, they inevitably remain limited in time.

     

    We do not use Lean as a catalog of tools, but as a logical sequence of sites that fit together with each other to solve a problem.
