OUR BUSINESS MODEL IS THE INSTALLATION OF RESULTS
Today, when companies invest in a Lean transformation project, they demand results.
Our conviction is that only physical transformation will improve the lives of people (#GeoLean for human) and generate results (#GeoLean for costing) for the company.
The Business Model created by GeoLean, the installation, based on the concept of "Let's install results together", responds to this requirement. This new and unique offering is the opposite of traditional consulting offerings.
“Install” with the client means being on the ground to physically change the organization and attitudes.
For GeoLean employees, this means sharing the work of client teams on a daily basis to co-construct improvement and implement the new organization and the new tools.
Our missions end when the changes are made and the results achieved.
Installing a performance means transforming the company in depth.
This transformation is not possible by dint of " must moving the machine”, “just train”, lust follow the process”…
If the company has a desire for results, it must then stop the “JUSTDOIT” and change modes.
It is this business model that drives our intervention with customers and our way of implementing Lean.
As we install results in a sustainable way and with the customer, our mode of intervention and our way of implementing Lean place want to be different from consulting companies.
